What's the minimum commitment?
All retainer packages require a minimum 3-month engagement. This gives enough time to run the full audit cycle, ship fixes, build links, and measure the impact on AI citation share.

Content is produced monthly: AI-optimised blog posts, LinkedIn posts, static social graphics, and landing pages (GROWTH and SCALE). All content is written to maximise AI citation probability — structured for featured snippets, Q&A patterns, and entity clarity.
What's included in 'LINK BUILDING'?
We run authority-building campaigns through HARO/media requests, guest posts, and editorial placements — calibrated to your plan tier. The minimum commitment covers campaign setup and ongoing outreach.
How does the AEO platform work?
You get access to the GetCited platform — audit your AI readiness, track citation share across AI engines, run agents and workflows to fix gaps, and monitor how changes impact your brand's presence in AI answers.
Which AI engines are covered?
BASE covers ChatGPT and Google AIOs. GROWTH adds DeepSeek and Copilot (6 engines total). SCALE covers all 10 — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Copilot, Google AI Overview, Meta AI, Google AI Mode, and Grok.
What does 'Audit & fix loop' mean?
The platform runs automated checks across your site and brand signals — technical AI-readiness, schema, entity clarity, content structure, and offsite authority. Gaps become prioritised tasks with one-click workflows to fix them.
Can we start on BASE and move up?
Yes. Packages are reviewed at the end of each 3-month cycle. Most clients start on BASE or GROWTH and scale up once they see the impact on AI citation share.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, and popular wallets. Invoicing is available for SCALE clients.
How does consulting work?
Each plan includes a consulting rate with free hours at the start of the engagement — 1 hour on BASE, 2 on GROWTH, 5 on SCALE. These are used for onboarding, strategy, and priority reviews. Additional hours are billed at $250/hr.
Is the GetCited platform access separate from consulting?
No — platform access is bundled into every retainer under the 'AEO Platform & Reporting' component. You get the full dashboard, agents, workflows, and reporting included.
